Had a positive experience getting my vehicle serviced here. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before any work was done. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I appreciated the straightforward communication throughout the process. It's nice to find a shop that focuses on customer service while keeping things simple and stress-free. I'd feel comfortable returning for future maintenance and repairs.

​I am writing this review regarding the unacceptable service my father received at this Midas location. ​First, he was given an initial quote for brake and rotor service, but then upped the price, the final invoice was a couple hundred dollars higher than agreed upon. When reviewing the itemized receipt at home, I looked up the exact part numbers used. The retail price for the parts totaled $233.46, yet this shop charged my father more than double that amount. ​Second, within just four months of minimal driving, the brakes began grinding again. When my father returned to have their work inspected, the shop charged him a "disposal fee"—despite only performing a visual inspection and replacing nothing. ​Between the predatory pricing, the lack of transparency, and the failure to resolve the mechanical issue correctly the first time, this establishment did not treat my father fairly. We are currently looking into legal counsel regarding these practices. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. On top of all this my dad took his vehicle in for a second opinion and they said that his calibers don't even look like they had been changed since they were first ever put in the car wh

DO NOT waste your time and money at Midas. The quality of work is very unprofessional, and they put in little effort to make sure services are done correctly. I recently had them replace my cracked cylinder head, which resulted in my fuel injector becoming damaged. When they finished work on that, they called and said the car wouldn't start because my immobilizer was on and my computer system needed to be reset. As it turned out, they had no knowledge on what to do, and told me I had to take my car to the Mazda dealership for them to fix. My car was in the shop for 10 days before Midas threw their hands up and said "we don't know what to do, take it somewhere else". I had my car towed to Mazda, and within 24 hours, they sent me a video saying the immobilizer wasn't the issue. Instead, my timing chain was put on incorrectly by Midas, the car was littered with silicone, and certain bolts and brackets were put on incorrectly or missing entirely. Not only did this cost me thousands of dollars to fix, it resulted in me not having my car for nearly three weeks. Additionally, the communication is incredibly poor - I had to call them far too often in order to get any sort of updat

Charged me $600 to not fix my car on Wednesday. Replaced back rotors and then said the front brakes were fine. Car was still making the same noise and they quoted me $1200 more to actually fix the front brakes. "We'll always tell you what needed fixing now and what can wait." That would have been nice if it were true. I can put $600 of repairs into a 2006 vehicle but $1800 is a bit much. Edit: if it's invaluable, then compensate me for it
